German Pot Roast w/ Onion Gravy
1 roast, any kind
1 envelope dry Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 TBSP. garlic salt
5 tsp. Prepared mustard (yes, from the bottle)
1 tsp. Pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Put roast in the middle of a large sheet of foil. Mix well all ingredients in a bowl. Cup the foil and pour mixture over the roast. Seal foil tightly and roast for 5 hours at 250* (can be done in the crock pot 6-8 hours).
Thicken juices with cornstarch and water for a mixture of the best gravy EVER!
