Grandma Reeder’s Chicken and Rice
2 cups cooked chicken, cubed½ c. shredded carrots
½ c. chopped celery
1 small onion, chopped fine
Cook veggies in ½ c. butter until soft and color turns.
Stir in ¾ c. chicken broth
Stir in ¾ c. Minute Rice
Mix in 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
Pour all ingredients into 9 X 13 pan and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
Serve with Pepsi and swear words in honor of Grandma Reeder.
